It is Election Day and the courts are closed, which creates an opportunity for me to write a note to thank you for the effort you put into teaching Pat and I about long term health care. Over the past-ten or fifteen years I had met with folks from USAA, Navy Mutual Aid, Banker’s Life, John Hancock and others who were trying to sell us on their policies, but you were working to help us understand what the coverage was all about and what our needs were going to be, which was a sales methodology that none of the others had used, but really matched our needs.
The upshot is that we feel we obtained a good product that will protect us as well as our families at a reasonable cost, and that your knowledge and experience brought us to understand what we needed to know to make a good decision, and guided us toward that decision.
